If you want to really save money then learn how to build one. When I was 15 that was how you did it and still is.

Even people who work in I.T. don't really memorize everything. They go to PC Part Picker and find out what fits together:

One word of advice - buy a full ATX case not mini ATX. It's much easier to work with.

Also if you plan on trying to using Apples MacOS at some point then pick Hackintosh-compatible parts.

I have the X370 Asrock motherboard.
My processor is AMD Ryzen 7, 1700 (came with a free heat sink)

    Have Kingston DDR4 ram

When you buy parts you need to make sure the slots on the motherboard are compatible. There are different processor socket types, you need to buy one that fits the board.

I never paid for my Windows 10, if you want to be a normie and pay for it you can get a legal copy for literally 10$.

Buy the cheapest case, it doesn't improve performance.
Don't get a 1000 watt power supply, it's an overkill, 700 is enough.

Agree with everything you said with but those 2.

Buy a decent case it will house many many of your future PCs, its the one investment you will have in 10 years. Cases have features like racks and cable space and places you bolt extras onto.

Do get a 1k PSU and a gold rated one at that, it powers your PC and second to your case will also be there in 10 years.

700 Watt wouldnt power my current PC and it certainly wont power my next one.

This is the case I have:
    https://www.ebuyer.com/716928-in-win-gr-one-gaming-case-full-tower-e-atx-usb3-white-black-bx141whi-blk
I got it on Ebay for 99€ with shipping.

This is my power supply from Amazon, still working fine:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B077JH1NDJ/ref=pe_3187911_189395841_TE_dp_1
(I actually own 2 of these, one in a mining rig)
    Paid 99€ with shipping.

It's really an overkill supply to get a 1kW one.

Also another thing - I know it's unpopular here and considered low class but I also go to Computer Recycling. A mouse/keyboard/kettle cable are all 1€.
    https://www.electronic-recycling.ie/

If you can't afford a full on gaming monitor at the moment you can get by with an office one for like 20€.
You can also buy SATA hard drives there for storage.

You can get a Windows 10 DVD image here for free:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

For like 6 months you don't need an activation key. You get this software:
    https://rufus.ie/
That flashes an empty USB stick with the Windows 10 image.
On your new computer you press F12 at boot with the stick plugged in and select to boot from USB, that will launch the Windows installer for you.

Remember to always follow your Motherboard's booklet and SAVE IT. It has step-by-step instructions.

And again, only full size ATX cases, none of this midtower degeneracy. I suffered for like 8 years with a midtower case and will never do that again. Having no space is just a cause for frustration.

Lots of bad advice above. OP, go to the PC Building forum.

SFF build is the only way to go! Have the power of a PC in the case the size of an xbox or PS4 :D

Some brutal and silly advice in this thread. This is the PC Building and Upgrading forum, post there and you will get actual proper advice.
