Sky Comedy broadcasting Ali G Indahouse

    Sky Comedy are broadcasting AliG right now, which I thought was a little bit tone def with everything thats happening right now. While Netflix and All4 are removing so much content.

    Even more so, the announcer just said, word for word...
    "Its "Ali G Indahouse" Yup, we are doing that apparently, hmm"

    They have to be intentionally courting controversy.

    You seem to be outraged about it so if they are courting controversy I guess they succeeded. You can change the channel if you wish.

    That movie was good for a laugh as I recall.

    The OTT reaction from some, and now media personalities, about films and TV shows made years or decades ago because of an incident in the US is getting ridiculous as they jump to show how "on message" they are :rolleyes:

    As I said in another thread... what happened was wrong and the cops involved should (and will) face justice - but the attempts to erase or rewrite history and previous entertainment on the back of it is just nonsense.

    Nobody at the time was complaining at his tv shows and movie.

    Does the OP not realise that the character was a piss take of Tim Westwood.
