Now that we have masses of white people protesting about systematic racism, slavery ect

Should white people now have to pay reparations to the black community? Should anyone with proved generational wealth or ties to it from slavery and the likes shouldn't they have to pay something...

For all the white people supporting blm if your family has any generational wealth linked to slavery would you be willing to pay it back ?

Why just white people, that would be the definition of racist. What about black people who have wealth from slavery? Why is your definition so limited?

    All colours were at it.

Sure look how black on black murders are huge....

It's a very sad time to be honest and it really feels like an attack for something many including I had no hand in.

Why just the US and the UK where slavery has been abandoned centuries ago.

What about black people descended from slavers or black people that married into former slave owning families, do they hand the money back?

We should give money back to Wales for stealing St. Patrick.

How about we take reparations from all people who pillaged and robbed us. We’ll take a few millions from the uk and the settlers, India will be in line too, Africa, you name it, they were stolen from. Slavery is just part of what the empires of old were built on- exploitation.
I think there’s little point in living in the past, as a society and a human race we need to try and move forward. Money is not what will heal these divides, which are so much more complex than white v black.

Oh, OP, while you're at it, who are they giving the money back to? Any black person in the UK regardless of being a slave descendant or an economic migrant into the country.

Final question for now... have you put much thought into this ? :D

Yeah all black people in there respective countries because they have faced systematic racism and been held back.. due to generational wealth and been forced into lives of crime.

Okay, I lied (what would you expect from a white man) - another question...

Will they trace the wealth of those that profited from selling their fellow black man in Africa to the British et al, and pass on their families wealth today to... mmmm... someone.

They've been held back compared to who. What's the average life expectancy of a black person in the UK compared to, say, Nigeria.

Some black people have made great strides in their respective adoptive countries as they started from such a low position. Not too dis-similar to the Irish that emigrated to the UK in the 50s/60s - some are now living in terrible conditions, now in their old age. Some made it.
