    Hi All,

Long story short.Neighbours let dog out 12/1am ,it barks wakes us up.Been goingon for 4 years.Asked the Neighbours 4 times ,sent texts etc trying to get them to keep the dog in.
Final straw last night they had music blaring at 12Midnight, asked them to quieten down, they had the dog out too barking.

Loud music some days with bass boosting through the wall, they have 3 young kids.
Loud music Sunday at 11pm woke my kids 3 and 6.

Asked the neighbour final time today and he told me to do what i have to do and that he doesnt give a fcuk.

    Going the legal route now.

Has anyone any experience of this and know a good solicitor i could speak with?

    Many thanks

I doubt you will get that leopard to change it's spots. You probably should consider selling up and moving.

Sorry to hear about this situation but solicitor recommendations are not allowed on this forum as per the forum charter.

FWIW, there are remedies to this available in the District Court under various provisions so you are looking for a solicitor who does not shy away from District Court civil matters. So maybe don't start with Denton's.
