To dry line or not to dry line...

    Hello all,
Just trying to get a few opinions about dry lining a new build or not. So, we are currently at first fix stage of a new build. We have a 150mm cavity which we plan to pump, and will have underfloor heating. We had not initially planned to dry line but everyone is recommending we do. The house is large at 284m2, any thoughts?

Too late now to be thinking about these decisions

Who is dealing with compliance of building regs?
You could pump the cavity with foam but it’s not cheap (different to attic foam)

It is a closed cell foam. It will be dearer than bead, but a lot cheaper (& better) than drylining.

Helps a lot with Air Tightness also, but you probably have that in already.
