Are campers free to roam within their own county?

Just wondering if people are on the move since the latest phase was unlocked to travelling within your own county?

Our plan is to wildcamp somewhere in West Cork this weekend if anyone has any recommendations?

I’m wondering the same myself. I can’t see anything to say it is not allowed. I’ll probably head out myself this weekend in my mobile cocoon. Somewhere quiet.
