The interface says VOIP_Internet, is there a second option like Ethernet_Internet (if you are on FTTH) or something like DSL Internet if you are on DSL?

ATM + 8 +35 is the ADSL entry.

What type of connection do you have? If xDSL Ed's suggestion is likely the right one.

Vodafone have a load of redundant options, I believe only 2 will actually be active (one for regular internet and one for VOIP/IPTV).

Go to your internet tab and see which ones are actually connected. You need to use the one of those that doesn't mention VOIP/IPTV. If 3 options select the one that doesnt have TR069 either as I believe thats for ISP access to the router.

Yeah, you need to know what you're using.

Also the plex server is likely being shielded by windows firewall.

Just FYI recently had a similar issue and had to manually set the server port on my plex server and it started working fine. Might not fix your issue but worth a try.
