WhatsApp Photo Problem

I'm trying to send photos on WhatsApp but I'm getting the following errors -
Unfortunately Launcher 3 has stopped.
Unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped.
Does anyone know a solution?

Does the app have permissions to use your camera/gallery?

​To resolve the error, goto settings -> Apps -> All Apps -> Scroll down to Launcher -> click Launcher -> Click clear cache -> Restart phone.

What phone are you using OP?

Hold the phone upside down and put it in Polaroid mode. Print off the photo and insert into the WhatsApp slot, after that dunno OP.

Its a thing with the smart 4, it detects when you are sending inappropriate content to others.

Best to put your phone in a bucket of ice water to cool it down...then resend!

Thanks. This seems to work but I can't confirm what photo I'm sending e.g.
shows that I'm sending "aWGP9F.jpg" and I can't see the pic before sending it

Thanks. Really only interested in taking a pic and sending (without getting process android.process.media has stopped message)

Maybe try uninstalling Whatsapp and reinstall, you can backup chats and stuff before hand.

Also when sending files as documents they will retain full quality

The description indicates its not a whatsapp photo.

Try posting a photo to Facebook and see if the same thing happens. Or wherever, just other than Whatsapp.

Thanks but I'm not on FB. Wasn't able to send photos to others on WhatApps either
