Car scrappage in Dublin?

    Hi .I’ve a 2008 VW Touran ,out of tax /insurance this month.It’s also overdue NCT
    Because of Covid we are reducing to one car .
    Where’s good to scrap in Dublin ?

    Why would you scrap it?
    Scrappage value is about 100 Euros

    Sell it and you'll surely make a grand or even 1500
    Actually, looking at current values of NCT'd ones, you could even get 2,000 depending on what it's like

    put it through the nct, even if it fails, once potential buyers knows there is nothing major up, youll get few hundred, even if you arent bothered getting any potential work done and nct'd...
