Anyone knows is dripping systems or soaking hoses are allowed during a hosepipe ban? O:)

They are both hoses so not allowed.

I am not sure it's that simple, there have been more detailed exceptions in the past, anyway, I checked with them and they say they still don't know. Thanks anyway! :)

If you connect your watering system to an outside tap or the kitchen sink, it's banned.
If you're running off a water butt, go nuts watering your tomatoes.

It doesn't matter what's on the dispense side of the hosepipe but what's on the supply side.
