Hi can anyone advise before i waste my time with Eir customer support.

I originally had eir broadband for 3 years with no problems.
I cancelled my subscription with them earlier this year.

I had this reinstalled prior to the lockdown as i am working from home.
I used to enjoy high speed broadband in every room in the house, which never dropped. I would get at least 40- 60 mbps constantly.

Ever since the new installation my broadband drops constantly. i can get 40mbps one minute and the next is 0. Also, i can only get broadband connection in some parts of the house.
i am constantly getting the message "your connection was interrupted"

Is there something i can look at here or will it need a technician?

    thanks
