Anyone returned online purchases to H&M ?

    Has anyone here successfully returned anything to H&M?

    I ask because the OH bought some items recently online and needs to return half of them.

    The invoice that came with it has 2 methods of returning.

    1) Using An Post ReturnPal app.
    I could not find this in the PlayStore and my local post office confirmed it no longer exists.

    2) by going to returnmyshopping.ie, but H&M isn't one of the retailers on the dropdown list.

    So basically stuck with it for now.

    We emailed them and got a crap reply which was either automated or they didn't read the questions.

    Anyone successfully made a return?
