Return flight cancelled?

    Got an email from Ryanair saying my return flight from Spain is cancelled but the outward flight is open for check-in? Anyone else get one of these and if so what did you do. I can claim refund for the return flight only, everything was booked at same time.Tried to contact and left message.:confused:

    I had a similar situation but I was offered a refund for the whole trip. Did you start the refund process? I remember I had to explicitly tick a box to refund both legs of the trip.

    Cheers Twee, I followed the email link and did like you said and was able to apply for the full flight refund. On the website I would have only got the refund for the
    return flight. :( Now the long wait.

    Good stuff, glad you got sorted. Five weeks waiting so far for the refund myself, I expect it'll be a long wait!
