GoMo connection issues?

    Have had GoMo since December, all good.
    However in the past week when I'm on calls it drops in & out, I cant hear the other person but they've heard me!?
    & some people cant get through to me or I get messages of missed calls that haven't rang..
    Have an iPhone 5, so trying to work out is it a network or phone issue? Based in Midlands.

    Look up https://siteviewer.comreg.ie/#explore and see where your nearest mast is then you will know if it's just a bad signal. I think gomo use the Eir masts.

    Gomo agreed to send new sim.. I haven't another phone to try it in. Thanks for map link. Theres plenty of mast nearby
