    Online Survey

This online survey will gather information on the behaviour, attitudes and catch preference of all Irish sea anglers. This information will feed into the IMREC project where it will be analysed by researchers. It will help to make more informed decisions on how best to estimate angling catch rates in Ireland. Without the use of robust catch data to help make management decisions, there is a risk that a worst-case scenario will be used, as can happen when a sector has not been well characterised.

The survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and participants will receive an Angling Ireland neck buff and line clipper for taking part.

You can participate in this survey by visiting the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IMRECSurvey

Prize Draw: Participants will be in with a chance of winning one of three sets of tackle vouchers for a fishing shop of your choice (1st prize €200, 2nd prize €150, 3rd prize €100)

If you have any queries please email Seaangling@fisheriesireland.ie or call 01 884 2200.
