    A quick note if interest.

Planning permission was granted by KCC and work has begun for the fields at junction of Shackleton road and Oldtown roads in Celbridge.
This is in close proximity to a find I made recently, and reputedly the site of a Norman field drainage system.
Apparently numerous complaints were made but work has begun and most of this site has been levelled.
This is not an isolated event in County Kildare
But complaints seem to go nowhere.

    Pitiful.
