Hi, I have been told that my position is no longer required and I will be made redundant by mid July. The company is not using the Covid 19 scheme. Should the company use the scheme to delay/avoid the redundancies? Apparently I was the only one informed about redundancy. Is there a minimum staff required for the to process…
