    This has to be one of the worst developed apps ever. It is atrocious. Would it be hard for AIB to get someone to fix all the bugs in it before they lose customers like.

    Lose customers? There is no much of profit for AIB from retail customers. Also, there are no better alternatives left in Ireland.

    Why would they bother? They are loosing money on you already… in many cases fewer customers would lead to a more profitable bank.
