    Hi all,
Hoping to go away with my girlfriend towards the end of August if things are all good to go. Would anybody have any recommendations for places to go? Looking for a sun holiday, lying by the pool and beach kind of holiday. Looking for somewhere where we can have a few drinks in the evening that hopefully won’t be too dead and maybe some activities for one or two of the days also. Cheers.

I’d really recommend Greece for ye maybe Crete or Cyprus or if you want something a bit quieter Corfu or Rhodes. Fantastic weather great beaches reasonable prices lovely people.

Catch a flight to Malaga, shorter flight time than to the Greek Islands, cheaper, and loads of accommodation to be found at cheap prices, loads of pubs/entertainment too at the seaside resorts...
