    Got a price for 4k for a house 2300sq.ft
    Any idea of this is good .?

    What service are they supplying?
    Id imagine for that cost is purely a basic Planning Application service.....

    ye design and submission on the application, and site visits if all goes well

    You'll have to list all the tasks that the quote covers for anyone to tell you.

    If it is for a complete service from design right through to completion, I would say it is ridiculously cheap
