Ear plugs that do not fall out?

Hello, I am currently not sleeping well done to noise coming from outside my window, seagulls. I use the wax earplugs from Boots which work well but during the night they fall out and I keep waking up. I've tried the foam and silicone ones but they are less effective. Does anyone have any suggestions on good quality…
