    Hi.

We've just moved into a new place 3 months ago. Our alarm system has started displaying "securecomm service cancelled". I don't know the first thing about alarms. What do I have to do to uncancel the service?

    Kindest regards

The previous owner of the house had App control of the system, the relevent communicator is still there in your control panel.

Your best course of action here is to have a chat with the installation company ( assuming their contact details are there ), then decide for yourself do you want to take up a subscription to the HKC Securecomm App https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNvPGUqTQUc

If you think it is unecessary then your installation company can disconnect the communicator from the system software
