Best battery charger of the market?

Have you ever bought a battery charger? Which one would you consider the best of the market for AA & AAA?

Would one of these charge batteries if it was being supplied energy from a solar panel set up such as the power traveller 25 solar Bank kit? I think the output is 5v?
If no, which I suspect, do you think there is a battery charger that would work, charge aa or aaa batteries off a solar Bank kit?
