    Is the process for cancelling virgin media still to email cancel@virginmedia.ie?

    Yep, I saw that also, they are one of the worst for keeping you on hold for hours though.

    You can do it through their online contact form. Done it at the start of May and was all sorted very quickly and efficiently. I used their Whatsapp feature to get the correct link for the contact form. Yet to reach the 30 days for the actual cancellation, fingers crossed it goes smoothly!

    I tried them on WhatsApp but they just direct you to call....

    Turned out it was as simple as a phone call, all done, albeit took over 55 mins on the phone.
