    Hi There,

Does anyone have a brief summary of the information website owners are required to display on their website - things like full legal name, address contact email addresses etc.

    Thanks.

For limited companies you're meant to include:
    - full company name
    - company number
    - address

You'd expect to see their VAT number (assuming they're VAT registered)

A privacy policy and cookie notice would be the norm as well

As a general rule you should be looking at these obligations as being a way of building trust rather than annoying obligations.

    Michele

If personal info is being processed, I beleive it is good practice to put in the GDPR contact details/processes as well.

You can include those in the privacy policy.
