    Is there a way to change or reset the pin for my card online or via the app?

    I am currently living in Australia so do not have access to a BOI branch or ATM.

    Hi Iste,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. To reset your Pin for your visa debit card you can do this in any ATM machine where Visa is accepted. Please select other services and unblock pin.
