Have a '14 Skoda Octavia Estate, with what I think is the "Bolero" radio unit.
No SatNav though, but CD player / SD slot in glove box, multifunction display, bluetooth.
I am looking to "upgrade" the radio unit to something that is Android Auto capable, found a few things like the Alpine unit here https://www.alpine.co.uk/p/Products/SingleView/X903D-OC3 and here
    https://www.raysmith.co.uk/alpine-skoda-octavia-9-media-system-with-carplay-android-auto-i902d-oc3

Was wondering if anyone (Dublin based) has done this or similar, and can advise if there's any company who can do that change.
Also, anyone with experience on what breaks or not by doing this would be great.
Not worried about costs (yet). It certainly should be cheaper than selling the car and buying a newer one with the feature!
And to be honest I like that car and wouldn't mind driving it into the ground - whilst getting directions from the phone :)

    The cost is outrageous.

Pretty sure there’s someone on here fitting one of those around now.
