I hope this is the right place, I don't see exterior decoration

I was told there is some product you put in masonry paint and then it can be used on a wooden fence

    Is this it https://www.owatroldirect.co.uk/product/e-b-emulsa-bond/
If not can someone tell me what the product is

    Has anyone used it?

Would you need any primer or anything else?

Painted a wooden fence with Dulux weathershield last week and it turned out great.

used it a year ago, mixed with masonry paint onto raw wooden doors, one coat, looking good so far.
