SEPA Conversion API or DLL

Anybody got a link to SOAP\REST API or .dll to convert sort codes and a\c numbers to IBANs and BICs? Have a blast of bank accounts I need to convert to the SEPA format. Free would be the best cost :pac:

You missed the boat on that, the Irish Bankers Federation had a free CSV file converter online. But you may be able to call their current offering: https://apps.applyfinancial.co.uk/validateirish/bpfi/#
