    I have just finished my law degree but have not done any internships thus far. Has any kind person got any tips for how I should go about getting some kind of experience on my c.v.?

    Obviously only going to work in smaller firms but just wander in and ask.

    What kind of place are you looking to work at? The top corporate firms usually open applications for the summer internships during the end of year, but it's quite competitive. Otherwise, you can look around and see whether any local or small firms are looking for workers to get some experience.
