Calculating number of bags of cement/gravel for slab

I am putting a small concrete slab down in the garden (7 x 7 foot). I am thinking of laying 100mm of sub base then another 100mm of cement on top (maybe some re-bar in the middle). I think a ready mix would either be stupidly expensive or they just wouldn't bother with such a small amount. Anyway, is there any method to…
