Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme For an EIIS investment made in 2020, can the 40% tax relief be deferred to 2021 tax year? Is that dependent on the EIIS scheme being extended into 2021? Or is it only subject to tax legislation at the time of the investment (i.e. 2020)?
