There's a place in Navan, but I can't remember the name of it.

Not too sure about frames, but I've used this place for custom foam cushions and such.

Finline Furniture & Navan Sofa factory both worth looking into

Finline Furniture are excellent quality but still run to standard enough sizes, it becomes fairly expensive to get sknething bespoke.

Sherlock bros. At the start of Berchmount were also good and SofaSoGood Navan town.

All would be well more expensive than IKEA.
