Does anyone know what the regs are regards having to interconnect CO alarms to smoke/heat detectors in a domestic house?

There’s no requirements for CO2 alarms in a domestic dwelling.

Now, if it’s CO alarm and detection you mean then there’s the following :

    Technical Guidance Document Part J
Possibly IS813 (whatever the gas installations for domestic are)
And the possible IS10101, the new electrical wiring standards.

Basically, detector in every room that contains a combustible appliance (stove/gas boiler) and any room that the flue of which passes through.
They they have to be linked back to the gas boiler I believe to switch the boiler off if the alarm triggers CO.
