Very little meets your requirements, so this is as good as I can recommend (£33.91 at time of posting): https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-Clip-Sport-Wearable-Player/dp/B07MFVMKGV

It's small so maybe not very 60+ user friendly, but you'd know better.

    There's a bluetooth version too but it's a few euro's more.

Is that because of the budget I have?

I can increase if that's the case

    Cheers

Pretty much, these kinds of devices mostly come in 2 groups - dirt cheap junk that are frustrating to use or mega expensive high end for "audiophiles". Either side is an extremely niche market when your phone can do everything.

I find the sandisk mp3 players. Easy to use. Drag and drop mp3, files on to the music folder, the screen is small,
You can get one with an sd card slot on it
It charges by plugging into a pc or laptop.
Very light and they work with any 3.5mm
    earphones or headphones

Easy to use with a play, pause button.
My 8gig one takes 1hour 40 minutes to
Charge from my laptop. Or a pc
