    This means there is mixed https and http content on the page.

    First check you have the latest version of Chrome
    Turn off adblock etc that can interfere.
    You can leave Bitdefender running, it won't affect this issue.

    Thanks. I've checked and I'm running the latest version of Chrome. Can't find an adblock on my laptop. Strange thing is that it's exactly the same on the app? Three can't figure it out either.

    Yes I am!

    Got it sorted by ringing them and updating the details over the phone. Rather not have to do it this way but had no option.
