Three.ie - your connection to this site is not fully secure

Trying to update my credit card details in the 'My3' app and website.

I can log in and view my balance and change my personal details. When I go to 'top up' which is where I can update my credit card I get the message - not secure https://www.three.ie/url]. When I click on the info button I get this:

'your connection to this site is not fully secure'. I've allowed permission for everything but it still won't let me in.

Any ideas around this? My anti-virus is Bitdefender. Would turning it off do the trick? Can't see where to stop it running.

This means there is mixed https and http content on the page.

First check you have the latest version of Chrome
Turn off adblock etc that can interfere.
You can leave Bitdefender running, it won't affect this issue.

Thanks. I've checked and I'm running the latest version of Chrome. Can't find an adblock on my laptop. Strange thing is that it's exactly the same on the app? Three can't figure it out either.

are you're sure it's chrome not Internet Explorer?

Yes I am!

Got it sorted by ringing them and updating the details over the phone. Rather not have to do it this way but had no option.
