    Hi, Anyone any idea do PokerStars reply to emails at all?

    I registered recently on their site and thought I clicked on the option to claim the free €30 bonus upon registration but maybe I didnt!!

    So, I emailed them, about a month ago, and then 2 weeks ago...and still no reply!!!

    Is that normal?
