Thinking of buying property end of terrace. Wide side entrance to next end of terrace. Both have big enough access to fit car for example. Both have joining concrete wall across with side gate each. However if I view land registry or even eircode the side space looks a lot smaller to each and there looks like a public walkway should be there to allow walk through to next housing estate. Like a side alley. However it looks like both of them have closed it off and made side entrance and front gardens bigger. Waiting to talk to estate agent. What's likelyhood council approved this if not appearing on maps would that be zero?

When was the housing estate built?
