Cushions for pallet furniture

Has anyone that has made pallet patio sofa or furniture sourced cushions to size? Can anyone offer information on where they might be available to have made to suit?

High density foam pre-cut to size and outdoor fabric is what we used. Originally we used spray adhesive for the fabric which worked well enough. The latest set we got a seamstress to knock up the covers with zips so we could wash them.

You can make covers for foam cushions out of oilcloth. If you get a thin one, it can go through the sewing machine no problem. No need to wash just wipe clean and can be left out in the rain!
