just to be pedantic, i assume you mean the 105 derailleurs are 5800? 6800 is ultegra.
    likewise, tiagra is 4700?

    @ theblaaman PM sent.

Yes, band on still available €20 plus postage

It has a 31.8mm stamp on the band. The box says FD-5800-B (M/S).....so I presume it covers 28.6 - 31.8m range.

There isnt any shim in the box, box slightly damaged.

The braze on is available too

    Pity.................wrong size for the bike.
    Thanks for the reply anyway

Lewotsil, I'll take the band-on and the rear mech if still available. It's for a 31.8 seat tube so I assume it'll fit? I'll need them posted or Parcel Moteled if that's OK as I think you're more than 5km? Thanks, Paul

Edit - sorry I'm not thinking straight! I'm building up 5 bikes and swapping bits around. It's a 34.9 I need but I have a adapter clamp so the braze on should be fine!

Thanks Lewotsil, just to be clear it's the braze-on front and the rear I need. I'll PM you shortly to arrange.

For a confused soul like me, is a 31.8mm band on still a 29.6mm/ 31.8mm (as in, it fits both small and medium tubes) or not? Also, where are you based?

From looking at the Tech docs (it's very confusing) there seems to be a L which is 34.9 and an MS which is 31.8 without the shim and 28.6 with the shim. So if you need a 31.8 the MS is fine!

Yeah, I think you're right. The big question will be can I fashion a shim from a can of coke or something! I'll offer the €20 for it assuming we could meet somewhere our 5k circles intersect

I have a shim you can have which should fit. If Lewotsil can include mech in stuff to me Dave can pick up both from me. Do you still come out Foxrock direction, Dave?
