Whats wrong with my galaxy a50?

I recently bought a new samsung galaxy a50 at christmas. Lately it has developed some problems.

1) The battery that previously lasted me two days typically now only lasts 5 hours even while only being on idle.

2) the bluetooth function does not work

3) the top half of the phone (near the camera) is very hot compared to the bottom half of the phone

I am unsure as to whether I have a battery issue or something else has gone wrong. All software updates have been done and i always have background apps closed to save battery.

Has anyone had a similar problem? I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this problem😀

sounds like you should return it tbh

try something like accubattery to see what is using the battery up

Have you booted into safe mode to check if it's an app causing the issue?

Thank you for your reply, im somewhat of a tech noob, is this an easy thing to do?
