Insralling a handling pen on a piece of land away from home farm, what would be the best type of stone to use as a base?

It will all end up Mucky in years to come a wet time. 4 inches of concrete is the only yoke, but in terms of stone 804 goes together well.

Ya 804, I'd go 6" with the concrete though.
