Hi there. Looking to get planning for an L shaped bungalow around 2200 sq ft in mayo. These posts are scaring me... We don't have the itime to go self build nor do we know enough about the business to pull it off I think! Going down the contractor road around here has anybody got any experience that they can share with me.…
