    Hi all

As Engish is not my 1st langurage, could someone please help me to understand what is this line mean ?

The couple must have been living apart from one another for at least 2 out of the previous 3 years before the application is made. (Before 1 December 2019, this was 4 out of the previous 5 years.) The Family Law Act 2019 also provides a new definition of the term ‘living apart’ (see ‘Living apart’ below).

My case, me and wife not living together ( Dubin and cork),since June 2018, until next month (June 2020), can we start our application ( I count it 2 years )

    many thanks

Your English is good as your assumption.
You may start divorce proceedings after June 2020, as in your case after this date you will have been living in different places for the last 2 years.
