Difference between Sarnafil and Trocal roofs?

Had specified Sika Sarnafil, and the builder has come back suggesting Sika Trocal as a better option. Is there any difference in quality between the two systems, and is there any reason not to substitute?

sarnafill would be a more specialist application... and use dmore in commercial applications

if they roof is standard design then trocal is more than suitable.
its a more commonly used material on houses.
