Dangerous garden wall- temp solutions

    Hey, so Im doing bits and bobs around a family members house and one thing that has really jumped out with me is the absolute state of their dividing wall in the garden.
    There are serious cracks in it, the top part of the wall above the big crack is definitely lose.

    I'm aware that it costs an absolute bomb to knock completely and rebuild, something the owner and the neighbour don't have the money to invest right now.

    As a temporary safety measure I was thinking about putting some form of wire fence up or the likes, is there a particular type of support that builders etc put up along these damaged walls to prevent injury, as a temporary measure.

    There's a couple of kids that use the garden and that's what has my fears engaged!!!
