Which Digiweb product have you? Is it SIRO?

I know someone on Sky SIRO which is also down, but my FTTC is up and running fine

To be honest, I don't know. It's not me that pays for it. Not indicated on the router box.

    Castletroy area.

Eir has reported that there is a network issue impacting its Castletroy clients

Did the box attached to the wall get a bump of any kind?

There is an on/off switch on mine, and I dropped something which smacked into it and dislodged it, and the internet went dead.

Took me a while to realise there was an on/off switch which had been turned off.

    I didn't as far as I know.

There was a red light this morning. I powered off the router from the mains and turned it back on a few minutes later. All lights are green now.

Edit: Power/DSL light green; WLAN light green. However Info light is red.

It's a general outage on the Eir/Vodafone and whomever else use the lines in the south side of the city and north tipp.
