My husband didn’t get his covid payment this week, to say he’s disgusted & dissapointed is an understatement. He is self employed but is still out of work. Trying to speak to someone in revenue is a nightmare.. eventually he got contact details for someone he could email about this. I’m hoping he will get this sorted out quickly

There is big problems regarding the payment at the moment. I know a lad in his 20s who works only 3 hours a week in Supervalu and he is now getting the full 350 euro per week which is ridiculus. I also know a woman who works full time and she didnt get her payment last week. When the payment ceases everything will be sorted out dont worry :)

If he’s ringing revenue then he’s ringing the wrong place.

There seems to be allot of problems with it. I signed up for the covid payment temprarily in April, thankfully I was given employment and able to work from home so I rang social welfare and had the payments stopped, that was a month ago.
Yesterday I got a random covid 19 payment that I didnt apply for. I rang social welfare to pay the money back and have it stopped. It took 3 calls to social welfare to stop the payment, I ended up having to do it myself from mywelfare.

Revenue have nothing to do with covid 19 payments, you need to ring your local intreo.

He should phone social welfare, as they are responsible for COVID payments. If he can't get through to his local office, he can email them info@welfare.ie Be sure to cite his PPSN on any email.
