Lotto prize claims.

Impossible to contact Lotto now - by phone, email etc. So does anyone know what happens if a person does Lotto online, wins a large prize but becomes deceased before claiming it. Because there is no actual ticket. It doesn't address this possibility in the "Terms & Conditions".
