Doctor visits during COVID 19

Is there anything in the HSE Roadmap on when you can see a Doctor in person again for routine things or is it up to doctors? I have a number of long term conditions and I’ve been assured they will see me if needs be. But I had a routine follow up recently and I felt like I didn’t have the privacy at home to discuss things…
